We use high-quality PET or diffusion film imported from Japan and other materials, and screen-print transparent conductive oil, silver paste, carbon paste, UV, 3M glue, etc. on the raw materials to make a capacitive touch sensor switch flexible circuit board. The capacitive touch sensor switch circuit board is attached to the surface PC or PMMA panel, and the other end is plugged into the host PCB board using an FPC connector to form a capacitive touch switch.

The adhesive surface of the flexible circuit film of the capacitive touch sensor switch uses high-viscosity 3M467 double-sided tape. When using it, you only need to tear off the protective paper and it can be pasted on the machine equipment.
Connector to capacitive touch sensing switch flex circuit film. The 1.0mm pitch FPC connector has anti-oxidation carbon paste on the surface to protect the silver wire underneath. There is a thickened film on the back of the connector, making the total thickness of the connector 0.3mm, suitable for FPC junction boxes.

The printing is beautiful, the buttons are clear, the LED display window is highly transparent, the buttons are responsive, and the price is much lower than the touch screen.
